At Machine, we believe that there is a place in our program for all levels of swimmers. We strive to create an environment where swimmers are able to develop and pursue their goals. Swimmers practice all year long in our nine month and eleven month programs.
Our Maintenance programs include our Seasonal Session groups and Stroke Mechanics programs. These programs emphasize Stroke development while improving endurance and efficiency.
This will be my third season with Machine Aquatics. I will be leading the National Prep Groups at both Oakmarr & Madeira while continuing to assist the National Team. I will also continue to coach two evenings per week with the Madeira Age Group program. Prior to joining Machine, I spent 2 ½ years with Nitro Swimming in Austin, TX, 7 years with the Darien YMCA Piranhas in Darien, CT, and 3 years with the Whippany Waves in NJ. Throughout my career I have coached swimmers ranging from beginners to Olympic Trial Qualifiers. I also spent this past summer Head Coaching the Hunter Mill Sharks of the NVSL. In 2016 I was selected by USA Swimming to be on the staff for the National Diversity Select Camp at the OTC in Colorado Springs, CO. I believe in a positive approach and enjoy motivating my swimmers to not only reach their goals, but to surpass them. We will accomplish this through hard work and an ALL IN commitment to the Team! Outside of the pool I spend my time watching sports and cheering for the NY Giants, NY Mets, NJ Devils, WVU Mountaineers, and Notre Dame Football! I have an identical twin brother who is also a swim coach in Connecticut.
